CLINICAL HYPNOSIS

Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation, and through this work, you will start to recognise when you are in an 'everyday' trance, like daydreaming.

In clinical hypnosis, we work with detached awareness to explore different ways of thinking, feeling and acting. You are able to move or speak freely. The aim is to give you greater control and flexibility in your life, connecting you an understanding of what's best for you.

BREATHING TECHNIQUES and MINDFULNESS

Typically, we breath high up in the chest when we are anxious. If anxiety gets worse, we may even hold our breath. Then anxiety chemicals flood the body and the system comes under increasing strain. Breathing consciously, fully, and gently is beneficial for both brain and body.

ENERGY PSYCHOLOGY and TAPPING

Similar to acupressure, energy psychology uses tapping sequences to release tension from mind and body. Tapping allow you to safely face your concerns, while voicing and releasing uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.

EXPLORING YOUR CREATIVE LIFE
