By augmenting traditional hypnotherapy with psychotherapeutic techniques I am able to address deeper seated issues that may require a bit more time to ease their hold.

Energy Psychology techniques like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) work by using tapping sequences to release the body's energy - rather like accupressure. Tapping on meridian points, whilst repeating statements related to your concerns, creates a barrier of interference in the face of repetitive, negative thought patterns.
Sometimes, powerful feelings can be difficult to describe in words. Drawing, painting, sounds or rituals can be enormously liberating; getting stress and anxiety out of your system and helping you to express yourself, even when you cant find the words.
