HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

This is about the nature and intensity of the concern, as well as your personal feelings. Appointments can range from a couple of hours to regular sessions held over a number of months, depending on whether counselling or coaching support is sought to develop and strengthen skills over time.

As a guide, an effective number of sessions ranges between 4 and 8, and it is your choice.

My work focuses on creating the results you seek, in a manner that is gentle, safe and timely.

• 60-Minute Skype session: £47.00
• Six Therapy sessions: £375.00
• Ongoing Psychotherapy sessions - If ongoing work is appropriate, a sliding fee-scale may apply. If you feel this way of working would be beneficial, call me to discuss your circumstances.
• Payments
  Please pay for appointments in advance with PayPal, or with cash at the start of the session.
• Cancellations
  The full fee is due for sessions cancelled within 48hrs of the appointment time
