HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

This relates to the nature and intensity of the concern, as well as one's personal feelings. Appointments can range from a couple of hours to regular sessions held over several months, depending on whether counselling or coaching support is sought to develop and strengthen skills over time.

As a guide, an effective number of sessions ranges between 2 and 10, and it is your choice.

My work focuses on creating the results you seek, in a manner that is gentle, safe and timely.

• Payments
  Sessions are paid for in advance with PayPal, by bank transfer or by cash at the beginning of the appointment.
• Cancellations
  The full fee is payable for sessions cancelled within 48hrs of the appointment time
