After training in psychotherapy and the use of art in therapy and education, I was drawn to personal change and motivation work. I studied to extend my expertise to embrace hypnotherapy, qualifying for a diploma in Eriksson Hypnotherapy at the National School for Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (NSHAP).
Alongside my certified training, I have also studied and worked with many highly regarded practioners, including Joel Ryce-Mennuhin in Jungian Analysis, Eric Whitton in Transactional Analysis and Judy Byrne in EFT.
My practice is fully insured and, as a registered member of both The Hypnotherapy Association and the National Council for Hypnotherapy, I am committed to using my varied experience and training ethically and responsibly to help clients in creative ways.
